Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide shipping to Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. For West Malaysia is a flat rate of RM8, East Malaysia ( including Brunei ) and Singapore is a flat rate of RM18 and RM35 respectively.
Our products are shipped out from Petaling Jaya, Selangor and it typically will be delivered within: 
2-4 working days for West Malaysia 
3-7 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore

All our IMMERcare products are ready stock and we ship out within 2 working days. If you didn’t receive the parcel with 1~2 weeks, kindly contact our customer service for further assistant.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Your personal wellbeing is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene product, our sanitary pads are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at cs.my@immerselect.com with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
